So this week I thought I’d show you the Dik Geurts Pro style 600 wide slimline frame wood burning stove.

This has got to be one of the best inset stoves I’ve ever seen. It’s got a lovely swirling flame and you can see the secondary burn with the swirling flames coming out of the holes at the back and it’s going to burn away and leave the wood looking like charcoal.

It really packs a punch, gives out a lot of heat, up to 7 kW of heat and it’s a stylish, modern stove that you can have in an inset situation in your fireplace.

Today, Jamie tells us all about the Huntington 40 from Stovax

So today’s stove is the Stovax Huntington 40. Now this is a big powerful stove.It’s rated at 8 kW and will go from about 4 and a half up to 10. And 10 kWis very very warm indeed. There are options of longer legs if you want to put it in a bigger fireplace.and it’s the largest of the stock stovax Huntington family. There are some smaller models, a 5 kW one, which is the Huntington 30. It can come with or without tracery door. Tracery door is with the Gothic arches, but without that you get a lovely big window and of course the beautiful rolling flames and a really warm fire. So I hope you all like my description of the Stovax Huntington 40.
